Separators from the subwiki menu are not hidden

1. Create a subwiki with this specific option:
-> Select what kind of users can access to the wiki:

• Both global and local users are available in the wiki
  or
• Only local users are available in the wiki

2. After the subwiki was created, click on the Menu Drawer icon to expand it.

Actual result:

• You will see 2 separator lines between tabs: User index and Delete

Expected result:

• Because of the access rights set at the moment of the subwiki creation, there are some tabs from the menu that had been hidden.
• The problem is that the separators weren`t hidden with the tabs.
