Allow getting initial request and log in the job status trough REST

I think it's a common use-case to get the logs and the status of a job: for example to have an UI which displays a progress bar and the logs.

It's a shame that we need to do 2 requests to have both informations.

Maybe we could introduce a new REST resource to return both.
