Rename sets empty document author and breaks scripts

Steps to reproduce:

1. Rename the Blog page to Blog2, including children.
2. Go to Blog2.BlogPostSheet and see "Last modified by Unknown User..."
   1. Same thing happens for other child pages like Blog2.Archive, Blog2.BlogSheet, etc. but not all. Some pages like Blog2.BlogIntroduction or Blog2.BlogClass (and others) have the author correctly set.
3. The velocity macros also fail to execute since the guest user does not have Script Rights.

The biggest problem is that the Script Rights and Programming Rights of the pages are broken and the Blog application (in this example) stops working, even if it is renamed back to it's original Blog name.
