Reuse Applications.Macros in Panels.Applications

After the creation of Applications.Macros in application module, Panels.Applications should call the macros from that page, instead of having its owns.

We've duplicated some Macros from Panels.Applications into Applications.Macros. In the future we should:

• Panels.Applications should include/reuse the Applications.Macros
• We need also to think where to put the SSX (if in some Applications page or leave it in Panels.Applications)
  • Currently we are using the Panels.Applications display for the Index page, but in the future, in order to be consistent with the other Indexes, we should have a livetable. So this means we might not need the SSX to be reused.
