Breadcrumb tree requires some wiki page to work

Easiest way to reproduce is to:

• get jetty/hsqldb package
• delete data/ folder
• start XWiki
• skip the DW

This is really a very bad idea to have a template feature like this depend on some wiki page. Make it really fragile and it does not make much sense anyway.
