Selecting language will show german 2 times

Hi,
i got a new installation of XWiki Enterprise 8.3-milestone-2.

I try to descripe all i've done:
After installation, i set up xwiki for 3 languages (german, english and france). I am using the defaultskin, changed colortheme to cerulean, replaced the logo of xwiki to our logo with an jpg.

Then i went to home page of xwiki, renamed it and start writing. First i wrote a german page, then i swaped to english, for writing the english version of it. After i finished writing i tried to swap back to german. In the language liste there are 2 german items, one france and one english. This bug will only show 2 german languages when i am in the france or english part of my xwiki.
