Description
Inline macros which produce part of HTML document get content from separate POST request (or GET request if browser doesn't support JavaScript). Their content misses charset encoding directive, which works most of time, but shows incorrect content for JavaScript disabled browsers or pages sent throug reverse proxy (e.g. Apache).
To fix this,
#template("htmlheader.vm")
needs to be added at the beginning of following scripts:
.../skins/skins/flamingo/commentsinline.vm
.../skins/skins/flamingo/historyinline.vm
.../skins/skins/flamingo/attachmentsinline.vm
.../skins/skins/flamingo/editinline.vm
.../templates/informationinline.vm
