    Description

      When a user mentions another user in a comment, the user receives a notification.

      Example:

      1. User1 has finished editing a page and posts the following comment:
      "@User2, can you read this page to correct the errors?"

      2. User 2 receives a notification stating the name of the user who mentioned it, the text of the comment and the page where the comment was posted.
