If 2 filters are enabled on the same event type, only one is handled

Subscribe to "update" events on both "Blog.BlogIntroduction" and "Sandbox.TestPage1" (it is very important that you subscribe to terminal pages, otherwise you will hit XWIKI-14550), do some changes on both location with an other user, then display the notifications. Some are missing.

However, if you remove the filters, you will get the notifications.
