Repository REST service send the wrong value in <features>

Ending up with

<features>org.xwiki.contrib:application-xpoll/1.6.6</features>

instead of

<features>org.xwiki.contrib:application-xpoll</features>

.

The features storage changed when we introduced versioned features but forgot to update the REST service to remove the version.
