Discourage or prevent users to move/rename pages from Extensions

      Several implementation ideas:

      • Idea 1:
        • Do not allow simple user to move/rename any page coming from an extension
        • Discourage advanced users to move/rename pages coming from an extension (big warning)
      • Idea 2:
        • Make this configurable in the xwiki.properties + admin UI and turn it off by default (ie disallow for any type of users)
