Wiki editor doesn't wrap lines anymore

This "regression"/change of behavior was introduced when we bundled the Syntax Highlighting extension by default.

Since the purpose of wiki page is content by default we should put back this behavior. I'm also creating another issue for the ability to configure wrapping for the cases when we want to edit scripts with long lines (XWIKI-15086).

Note: I created this issue here by reporting it as a user would do to make sure we don't forget to fix it in the Syntax Highlighting extension and then to update the bundled dependency version in XS.
