Add clustering support for filesystem deleted documents

Same issue than XWIKI-14722 but the difference here is that all nodes have access to the data before the delete so we could maybe find some way warn other nodes about the delete before it happen so that they get a chance to do it too.

The workaround is the same than the one indicated on XWIKI-14722.
