The reference in the redirects objects is not updated

Pages that are renamed more than once do not automatically redirect.

To recreate problem:
1. Page titled "Test page" is renamed "Test Page v2". The Automatic Redirect checkbox in Rename options is checked and changes saved.
2. "Test Page v2" is next renamed "Test Page v3". The Automatic redirect checkbox is NOT selected.
3. The redirect is broken.
Continuing to check "Automatic Redirect" for each instance clutters the wiki with multiple redirect pages.
When a page is moved/renamed any redirect links to that page are NOT updated automatically and will break (unless of course, we leave behind a 2nd redirect page. The suggestion is to add a 4th checkbox "Update Automatic Redirect", to update redirect links during copy/move.
