Other admin configuration list incomplete

When accessing the settings after an upgrade to 11.4 I do not find all Other settings, i.e. for example, my LDAP settings are working but inaccessible through the admin UI.

I haven't reinstalled the LDAP plugin since I am afraid of breaking things in a way that takes more time to fix while most users are not able to login.

Logging used to be listed there as well and reinstalling the application didn't fix the issue for this particular configuration option.

However, all plugins are updated.
