Allow to rename and move attachments

    Description

      XWiki lacks features for attachments:

      • No way of renaming.
      • No way of replacing the file.
      • No way of setting the mime type.
      • No way to easily move attachments from one page to another

      Renaming is quite essential, because the extension is the only way to set the mime type.

       

      Note that renaming attachments must also be supported by refactoring, to keep valid references to renamed attachments.
