Type is not take into account in macros wikimacrocontent/wikimacroparameter

Utility macros wikimacrocontent/wikimacroparameters have been introduced to output the a wikimacro content or parameter and allow inline editing, however they don't take into account the specified type: only content/parameter that are specifically typed as Wiki content should be parsed as wiki content. The other types should be parsed as plain syntax.
