Administration Application URL wrong in applications bar

After updating from XWiki 10.11.9 to 11.8 the linto to the administration panel that is shown on the right application bar point to a wrong URL:

URL in application bar: http://localhost:7000/bin/view/Dashboard/ 

Correct URL: http://localhost:7000/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences

Is there any way to change the URL that this link points to?
