Use translation keys in XWikiSyntax pages

Our current policy for translating the XWikiSyntax* pages is to translate the whole pages, however those pages contains a lot of content that is here for describing the syntax and that shouldn't be changed during translation.
So the current status makes it very difficult to translate and to review the translations performed. It would be really better to move it towards using translations keys.
