Improve the organization of the Jasmine JavaScript integration tests

There are 2 issues:

• We use 2 separate executions: "amd" and "non-amd". We should use just one execution, based on Require.js (so AMD). This allows us to add tests without modifying the POM.
• All tests are put in the same folder ("amd" and "non-amd"). The tests should use the same path as the JavaScript file they test.
