Allow to execute docker tests even if VNC recorder is not available

VNC recorder is a nice feature to have for executing docker tests and get a trace, but it shouldn't be mandatory to have it for running the test. So we should be able to still execute the tests even if an error occurs when starting it.
Right now in case there's a problem with VNC for some reason our tests are automatically erroring which is not nice.
