Trigger Javascript event when notifications are displayed

Right now no event is triggered when the Notifications are loaded in the document. This could be useful to trigger an event, if we want to add some Javascript behaviour related to the notifications: for example, a Notification which displays an action button, and a Javascript which would listen on that button. We need a way to know when to execute the Javascript, so we need to trigger it only when the notification is displayed.
