Attachments deleted by deleting a page don't appear in the deleted attachments tab of the Page Index

Right now only attachments deleted individually appear in the Deleted Attachments tab of the Page Index.

If you delete a page which has attachments, these attachments are not listed, which makes it hard to see all deleted attachments for ex.

We should see all deleted attachments, even if the LT action for deleted pages should be about restoring the page in this case. We could also not offer any action in this case and direct to the Deleted Pages tab.
