Help users retrieve their password when they cannot remember their username

When users try to reset their password they sometimes fill in their First name and Last name with a space between them, instead of the username. This leads to a warning being prompted that the user does not exist and an assumption on the user’s part that their user has been deleted or that the password reset does not work.
