Implement an installation Wizard for configuring XWiki

    Description

      This wizard would start the first time XWiki is executed and would offer several screens to configure XWiki:

      • creation of admin user (done now)
      • database parameters
      • Rights configuration (open wiki, private wiki, etc)
      • Allow the user to upload a XIP file to perform an offline installation.

      This will make it simpler to install XWiki and the user will not have to read the documentation and find out what files to edit.
