Changing the page syntax from the information tab doesn't convert the content

    Description

      With XWIKI-17145 (in-place editing) we refactored how page editing changes were done. This is the case for changing the syntax which is now done in the Information Tab (default editing mode and simple users only have access to this way). However, the syntaxes are no longer converted when there's a parser and renderer for a syntax.

      From a user POV (for simple users at least), this is a regression.
