HeadingNameNamingCriterion use an hardcoded value for the maximum size of document name

    Description

      Instead of using an hardcoded value it should use the store API to ask what is the actual limit.

      Also since it only check the document name it's not really accurate since the name of a document cannot have the maximum size of the whole reference.
