Support generating Live Data instead of LiveTable in App Within Minutes

The App Within Minutes wizard should create a Live Data instead of a LiveTable by default. There should further be a way to (optionally) migrate an existing app to Live Data but also to convert back to LiveTable in case anything shouldn't work (yet). Ideally, we should test all possible property types with all options available in AWM to ensure they are supported by Live Data but in a first version we might not have tested everything and thus we should expect bugs.
