Include macro reference parameter is not refactored in subwiki on page move

Steps to reproduce

In a subwiki:

• Create page "Sandbox.ABC.Test1.WebHome"
• Create page "Sandbox.ABC.Test2.WebHome" with the following content:

  {{include reference="Sandbox.ABC.Test1.WebHome"/}}
  

• Move page "Sandbox.ABC.Test1.WebHome" to "Sandbox.ABC.Test3.WebHome"

Expected result

The content of "Sandbox.ABC.Test2.WebHome" is updated to the following:

{{include reference="Sandbox.ABC.Test3.WebHome"/}}

Actual result

The content of "Sandbox.ABC.Test2.WebHome" remains unchanged.

Note that when performing the same test on the main wiki, the reference is updated as expected.
