Add the mimetype to the data of attachments in document trees

Currently, the mimetype of the attachments is not part of the data returned for attachments nodes in the document tree.

This makes it difficult to make decision according to the attachment mimetype client-side (for instance, preventing user to select non-image attachments in the ckeditor image dialogs).
