XWiki.isMySQL always returns false due to a deprecated check

It checks for net.sf.hibernate.dialect.MySQLDialect instead of org.sf.hibernate.dialect.MySQLDialect

Also, there's no check if the storage uses hibernate at all, thus a NPE is possible.
