Allow to override the addEntry button from AWM

It's currently not easy to override the behaviour of the add entry button from AWM, especially while keeping the modal for user to input an entry title.
Problem is that this modal still relies on prototype and doesn't trigger proper xwiki:dom:updated event for overriding the behaviour, we probably need to refactor this whole code.
