Webjars resolution does not take into account xwiki.extension.features

    Description

      See XWIKI-20235, where a webjar path resolution is called on the old extension qualifier of a moved extension.
      The new extension xwiki.extension.features should have been used to resolve the new path.

      Note: the affect version needs to be updated.
