    Description

      The watch API of Notifications only allow to watch all events for a page.
      It would be very useful for extensions to allow watching only some specific events for a page.
      My UC here is that in Change Request I want to automatically allow authors of a CR to watch a CR page for CR events: I don't want them to receive update events of those pages by default.
