Arrow displayed on "More Actions" button from Live Data table on Security Vulnerabilities page causes misalignment

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Go to Administer Wiki > Extensions > Security Vulnerabilities
      3. Observe the "More Actions" button from Live Data table
      4. Click on "More Actions" button

      Expected results

      The button displays the only 3 dots which are centered.

      Actual results

      A white arrow is displayed above the 3 dots, causing the dots to be shifted down on the button.

      The issue becomes more obvious when the button is clicked.
