Disable edit button in edit mode

    Description

      In all the edit modes you can jump with tabulator to the “edit” button. In none of these three cases it makes sense I think. The pull down menu right to this button should be accessible (to change the editor type) but not the “edit” button itself.

      Reported after a discussion with Simpel about XWIKI-19145.
