History navigation arrows are not perceived as links and lacking contrast

We present arrows in the banner of the history when seeing a diff to allow browsing to another version. So we have big arrows to move to major versions and small arrows to move to minor versions.

Sadly those arrows are displayed in white on grey, making them almost invisible, and on top of it it's not clear at all that those are links, so users just don't know at all about this feature.
