Delete own comments should not require edit rights on page

Like it is on nearly every platform that has an comment function, users should be able to delete their own comments without having edit rights on the content/page they commented on. The posibility to delete their own comment should come directly with the comment-right itself.

Currently users can only delete/remove their own comment, if they have edit rights on the page they commented on.

If users only have view and comment-rights on a page, they can post a comment and edit the comment, but they can however not delete/remove their own comment.
