Inserted icons on each line via Quick Actions are merged into one line in view mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to any Sandbox pages
2. Start editing
3. Call Quick Actions and select icon (embedded icons)
4. Insert it
5. Move to the next line and insert another icon
6. Save page

Actual result:

After saving pages, the 2 inserted icons will be displayed in one line, while in editing mode - each icon is located on its own line.

Expected result:

Each icon is located on its own line as it was inserted during editing.

Notes

If I add any text between them, the merge operations of lines won't happen, and if I add an extra empty line between them, Moreover, you can easily observe this issue by copying/pasting below source code of page
