Nothing changes when unselecting the "SHOW EDITING USERS"

Preconditions: Enable realtime collaboration for the WYSIWYG editor

• As Admin click on Drawer > Administer Wiki > Editing > WYSIWYG Editor
• Remove (uncheck) the "xwiki-realtime" from the list of disabled plugins in the CKEditor administration section
• Click on the Save button

Steps to reproduce:

1. As Admin click on Drawer > Administer Wiki > Editing > Realtime Editors
2. Uncheck "SHOW EDITING USERS"
3. Click on the Save button
4. Edit any page ex. Sandbox 
5. Click in the content of the page
6. Open a new private (incognito) browser window and login with a simple user (user01)
7. Access the same page and edit it, forcing the lock
8. Click in the content of the page

Expected results: On top of the menu the "Editing with:" followed by the list of users that are editing doesn't appear anymore

Actual results: Nothing changes when unselecting the "SHOW EDITING USERS".
