Add a hint for the CKEditor shortcuts

    Description

      The user can access the toolbar by pressing `Alt + F10` in CKEditor. However it's not easy for users to figure that out. A hint about it would be a great help.
      The hint could also be about `Alt + 0` which opens up the list of CKEditor shortcuts.
