WatchListClass is not properly migrated for subwiki users

    Description

      Apparently the migration R160000000XWIKI17243DataMigration is not properly done for users that are registered on subwiki: as a result people won't have same watch page configuration if they don't use the new settings and are still relying on the old xobject.
