Add renamePage method to XMLRPC API

    Description

      The Confluence XMLRPC API does not have a renamePage because page renaming can be done through the storePage method.
      Due to the different semantics of PageIds in XWiki and Confluence this is not possible in XWiki XMLRPC implementation of the Confluence API.
      So a additional XWiki-specific renamePage method should be added in order to allow page renaming.
