Allow to remove the top menu when user is guest

Allow to remove the menuview when the user is not logged in. Currently, this require to use a custom view.vm and put in other .vm up to the include of menuview.vm and condition this inclusion. This create dependency to the current xwiki version that is annoying during an upgrade.
