new parseTemplate breaks setCacheDuration

The new implementation for parseTemplate (and XWikiLinkFilter) which uses placeholders to protect some content breaks $context.setCacheDuration when the page contains HTTP links

This is not so good since it makes it impossible to use cache on RSS feeds which was one of the initial need.
