Description
XWiki requires a lot of customizations in order to adapt it for a specific purpose. The default instalation is suited mostly for content sharing, but not for corporate use, blogs, profesional sites or the like. There should be at least some predefined customizations better suited for each of these usage scenarios, using the experience gained from the various sites deployed using XWiki: prefered layout, general groups and rights, classes, spaces, first page organization...
This is not a top priority in my oppinion, and work on this should start after 1.0 final. Maybe a professional web development agency could help with tips.
The main problem would be the mentenance. It is hard to keep one skin and one database clean, imagine how much harder it would be to mentain 3-5 such pairs.
