    Description

The scrolling behavior is not behaving as it should.
      1. Select the Edit option
      2. Scroll to an area that you want to edit
      3. Click on the area with the cursor
      4. The cursor jumps to the top of the page (it is random - it does not always go to the same location)
      5. To get to the desired location on the page you have to use the up and down keys on the keyboard

Note: you cannot edit the first portion of text on the page: http://gswiki02.gso.lab.emc.com:8080/xwiki/bin/view/JP+Test/JP+Test+Page.
You cannot edit anything before the heading Key Components. When you select the headings above this (Solution Purpose, Business Challenge, and Technology Solution), they seem to be locked, you cannot click on the text.
