Edit comment and Minor edit settings lost when going to the preview and back to edit

Steps to reproduce:

• open a document in edit mode (any editor)
• enter a comment and/or tick the minor edit checkbox
• click preview
• click back to edit

Result: the comment field is empty, the minor edit checkbox is unchecked.
