Backspace at the beginning of a list item containing a heading doesn't work properly

Here are the steps to reproduce:

• edit a new page
• type some text "abc"
• click the "Unordered list" button from the tool bar
• apply style "Title 1"
• place the caret inside "abc", after "b" for instance
• press Enter
• at this point you should have two list items, both containing a level one heading, and the caret at the beginning of the second list item
• press backspace

We don't get the same result as before pressing Enter.
