Unable to use full-screen editing after upgrade from 1.4.0

• xwiki.cfg and hibernate.cfg.xml preserved - the list of plugins has been updated with the new ones
• default XAR imported

Full-screen editing with the wiki syntax does not work, and neither does the user admin interface. I see instead output similar to

$xwiki.jsfx.use(...)
